The only bad thing about the truck is that it is hard maneuver in the forest. It's faster, uses less fuel, and runs down zombies in towns so you don't have to fight as many.
You could put the solar panels on top of mike's room and the town hall, also what about putting stone grinders in with the mixers? You could have half the room grinders and half for mixers. Also you can put electric relays on the poles if you want to straighten your wires out. Love your base building episodes, keep putting out brilliant videos
I totally agree about the truck. It is quite difficult to control, (especially when travelling at any speed other than a crawl), and more often than not spends a fair bit of time either stuck between trees or doing flips over stones on the roadside. 🤣 The amount of stuff you can fit onto it via chests is a positive, as well as being able to run over and kill vambies, as and when required. Regarding your wiring issue; you could place a pole next to your oil pump, (there's ways and means of doing it), and then attach the wire from the building across to it, then down to your oil pump. OR... you could just more the oil pump! 😁 The fact that wind turbines now produce a variable amount of power does make the game a bit more challenging, in that you have to over-compensate by making more than you would need when they produced a set amount each. It's just another layer of having to work things out, in order to accommodate whatever appliances you happen to have running. The waterhouse does have a zone that it works within, so placing it next to the greenhouse and within distance of your sink is essential. Something that's not too difficult to achieve, to be honest. The piping works exactly the same way as the wiring does. So, no complications, there. Placing them under the foundations gives keeps them out of the way and makes the place look neater. Let's just to grateful we don't have to wire up the solar panels and wind turbines individually to the batteries! Not yet, anyway! 😁

Need clay extractors for the clay, having the grinders and clay extractors near a workbench that is near a storage rack that is near the mixers and brick drying racks will make it easy to shuffle the items around. 10 cement mixers is a lot of electrical parts get the truck and it will be faster than the atv to go looting.

About the "farm" irrigation by the water pump... the water pump needs to be turned on for just a few seconds for all the plots in the greenhouse to be irrigated (watered if You will)... so the pump's power consumption is completely irrelevant even for that purpose if You don't forget to turn the pump off right after. Oh... You knew about that... knowledge with experience proves supreme. ☺
ATV has smaller fuel tank than Track so you need to refil it more often If you have foundation you can place extractors or oil pump on them like water house

I don't mind the town runs - but, perhaps only occasionally and/or maybe for only part of the episode. I know it's temporary but my poor eyes would have loved it you had lined up the plumbing pipe coming out of the subfloor perpendicular to the connection on the back of the greenhouse. IF you don't give a hoot it's ok. 🥴
I'm not a fan of the wind turbines. They are very low output compared to solar panels. I still use some just for the slow drip of power they provide at night, though.

The truck is 100% better than the ATV. You can drive with almost the double speed. On the great river you can drive with 130 km/h. You can run over and kill the infected guys in a second. That means at the end more time to loot. The fuel consumption is the same. I sell every ingame week more than 20 fuel cans to the trader. There is no reason to worry about fuel. Also later the storage capacity will deffo help you. All the players i know rush for the truck. I have to strongly disagree with your opinion. The fact that you CAN'T craft electrical and mechanical parts and you need to go out and loot them makes the truck first priority. An don't forget! You need more than 3-4K to buy from the trader blueprints... You need to loot more and more... And looting using the truck is 2 times faster. Important is that in winter during a storm in your truck you don't loose health. Tested. If you ride the ATV and a storm hits you while you are far away from your base then you gonna have a big problem!

Im not a huge fan of looting, unless your getting tech or the truck or something. I prefer the base building type. I'd even be happy seeing you explore the map and look at cool places
You have Mike, why are you repairing spikes when he knows which ones are damaged and will repair them automatically? Making a bunch of repair kits is cheap. I always set him to repair as the first job he will do.
OMG let me turn my switch right side up....i set up water as you did, but added a switch from a universal Breaker Box, and the switch is placed upside down.
I want a switch relay so i dont have to manually turn it on and off. A relay that I can enter a time variable in minutes, in increments of 5. I can set the relay switch to 20 minutes, lets say, and every 20 minutes of my game time, the water house is turned on and off, which waters the crops without draining power all the time.
Put down a regular pole and put a connection spot on that 10:12

The junctionbox for the oil pump is backwards. The control panel for the waterpump aswell.

You could move the stone crushers into the cement building.. use a cart with 2 chests to move the iron to the smelters..

You can use the polls for wires just put a relay on them an run your wire to it.
One thing I didn’t see mentioned. I know you’re a stickler for alignment. After you run wires or pipes you can move the relays to “square things up”.
