The Communal Ranch of Impasugong, Bukidnon has a "New Zealand vibe" exuded by the unique contour of the mountain and the pine tree plantation nearby the ranch.
It is the only Local Government in the Philippines that owns a ranch. It has 642 hectares and it is located at barangay Capitan Bayong - the Cinema Capital of Impasug-ong.
