She should have been hired for something appropriate. Her having Lupus is NOT relevant beyond proving my point that she should NOT be doing any interviews. For example, if a person is blind, then they should not be a racecar driver. If a person cannot do basic mathematics, then they should not be a calculus professor. An average 4-year-old should not be allowed to do brain surgery on their little sister. If a person is unable to do a job, then they shouldn't. You're welcome! ;)
