If u got a solo interview 9x outta 10 ur getting the job because they are looking for people when I went on a interview all they did was telling me when I start and how much I'm going to be making

They didn't ask one of these questions. It was a group interview of 12 people. We were asked to get a product to explain yourself, from off the shelves and to put situational cards in order as a group. It was 45 mins.

@@mskchannel358 I don't know if this will be the same as every store but I'll tell you what happened with me. I live in Canada btw if that makes any difference. We had a group interview. In the first part the manager asked us to go out into the store and pick an item that speaks to us. We all had to go back and explain why we choose it. Then after we had to read a scenario of an employee's workday. We all talked and pointed out what the employee did wrong and why it was wrong, what he could have done better etc. Later we were given cue cards with situations on them, like "a pickle jar fell and broke" , "a child is lost walking around the store alone" etc and you had to rank them from most important to take care of first to the least important. At the end they ask if you have any questions so it'll probably be good to look at their job posting to get ideas for questions maybe, for example, I asked what their stores scan per hour goals are and what is the 3 meter rule. I can't say for sure your store will be like this but its just my experience, good luck with your interview!
I passed the test online 4 months ago and they haven't called me as yet! So I went in person to talk to the personnel, she told me that she doesn't do the hiring....isn't that called prejudice?
Late reply but no that isn't. The online test is just for them to know what kind of person you are and how you could potentially deal with situations. You'll know when get an interview because you have to schedule it yourself on 3 specific days given. Also she simply couldn't be associated with hiring, so it wouldn't make a difference for what she says.
For the 4th question... who want to work at Walmart for 5 years tho..like I’m probably gonna only work there for 2 years so wouldn’t know how to answer that

The way you said it doesn't sound like they hate you. They just said they don't do the hiring. Did you ask how to get hired in store?
