Role of Super Hybrid Napier Grass in Forage and Biogas Production-Dr. P. C. Patel

Super Hybrid Napier is the best grass for animal feeding and biogas(CNG) production. It has the following characteristics.

2. High yield: 12.5 tons per acre and 8 harvests per year. In other words, 200 tons per acre can feed 20 dairy cows for 12 months.
