      🌿😊 Fun to find your video on Frequencies, right after watching a video called "Artist Invents Device That Can Listen To Planet Music". And the music composed by plants, that seems to align with classical music 🎵🎶 Thank you! Thank you, for all of your Inspired Life Lessons Dear Ben.

    His book "Letting Go" introduced me to the practice of allowing negative emotions to arise from within, and without attaching a story to them, to fully feel them as they move through your being and evaporate. I found this to be deeply helpful in dealing with things like shame and anxiety that have a strong visceral, physical component. Stepping back, feeling them, not trying to negotiate with them or run away from them, they cycle through awareness like weather. The key is to resist telling the stories these feelings tend to generate. Hawkins was a wonderful speaker too. He had a surprising sense of humor and loved to laugh at his own jokes. I never did learn how he came to create the scale but he used muscle testing to check the veracity of his statements. I'm sorry is not with us in the body anymore.

    thanks!
    let's share one habit I have tested this last few months:
    write a few lines every morning just after you wake up. it's a precious moment when you are awake and still connected to your unconscious side. write your dreams if you remember them, and just write down your morning thoughts.
    make a reality check: how is my environment today?
    make an inner check: how do I feel today? mood, emotions, etc.
    and then meditate for a few minutes.
    let's say you write for 20 min, 2 checks need a few seconds, then meditate 10 min.
    read your notes from time to time and these 30 minutes will change your life. it changed mine: you'll get a very clear insight about who you are and what you want, and clues about how to get it. you'll also clearly see what goes wrong in your life and how you can fix it.
    beware: it's a very deep work, you'll get lost, and most of all, people won't recognize you. you'll probably have to let some people behind and find a new community. be prepared: it's very fast. and have fun!.

    Hawkins’s scale and your framing give a lot to unpack. I will say that, typically, support circles are by their very nature, limiting . . . a bit like the snake eating its tail . . . and you see this happening everywhere. The highest ‘frequencies’ I’ve reached I’ve mostly found within myself, and the bliss I occasionally find there can bring me to tears that do just touch . . . the ineffable.

    🌻🦋 Hmm... Ben talking about Psychology and it's link to Enlightenment and Consciousness. One of my favorite subjects in trying to figure myself out. That helps me understand other people, hopefully in a way that is beneficial to all of us. Inflection and Interspection, personal growth, setting healthy boundaries, reigning in my empathetic and compassionate feelings because I can only help people who want help. While being grateful and trusting my intuition, still small voice, inner knowing, gut feeling, sixth sense, conscious, what Christians call The Holy Ghost to guide and direct me.
    What I got out of your lesson. Thank you for the weekly reminders and spiritual lessons Ben! 😇

    I have Hawkins' chart and it is a fantastic tool to move up from a lower state - another aspect for changing your frequency is your body posture - Tony Robbins talks about the Wonder-Woman pose and holding it for 2 minutes - it really works

    I'm curious about how David Hawkins actually measured the vibrational(?) frequencies central to his thesis. Did he employ an instrument? Or did he access this table of reference from a preexisting source? Does he make any indications as to the amplitude of the waves he references? There is no doubt our thought patterns influence our conscious state of being. We are currently being bombarded in our daily lives with all manner of media with just such an intention. Possibly more so than any other era in history.😊

    • @BenLifeLessons
      @BenLifeLessons  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Hi Dale, he used a technique called kinesiology. It measures the level of consciousness or vibration of any person by testing their response to a stimulus. You are right about the times we live in but there are more resources out there is help than ever before. Thank you for sharing.

    • @terafreestone3596
      @terafreestone3596 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    with every news item i,m having to
    :" regulate my conscience "of anger LOL".
    but i.ve learned not to care about others too much , they have to learn their own path in life. as a matter of fact IF you try to "help" another with your comments or goodwilled instructions, you are not helping , you are only forcing YOUR views onto another. Let THEM live their own life they do not need yours or your "opinions, only love and support. not your interference of your "experiences. , thank you

    People with ADHD brain type are more emotional by nature (particularly in having high levels of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria). This isn't helped by receiving over 18,000 criticisms before the age of 18, which is typical according to researchers. Kids and adults with ADHD also don't fit in well with others, so they get rejected, ostracized, are not invited to parties, etc. That makes the emotional regulation issues much worse, because there is much emotional trauma to also overcome. Please be supportive and encouraging, folks, of all other humans and animals, no matter how hard you find them to understand. By being encouraging and compassionate, you are supporting their ability to rise in frequency and spirituality, not just their happiness.

    ☀️🌕 Wonderful to rewatch your videos. If you are unaware Ben, there's going to be a Rare Celestial Event at Stonehenge in England, on the 21st of June at 21:30 BST. Called the Summer Solstice, Major Lunar Standstill (Lunistice), that happens every 18.6 years lunar cycle. Many blessings and synchronicities dear brother ⚛️

      @@BenLifeLessons 🌹🌿 Ben, a TH-cam video just popped up in my algorithms, "French Scientists Reconstruct The Face Of Mary Magdalene". That I was inadvertently named after. It's like looking in the mirror 🪞 of my younger self, and my French Jewish mum Anna's younger face. It reminded me that, when you and your family move near Stonehenge, you will be moving in an area surrounded by Churches named after Mary Magdalene 🌿🌹 Hope you take the time to explore them. Though I sense the time is short.

    Fractured by sound is where we are found~ attuning to her frequency ever so frequently, eager to take a knee knowing it is She to set me free, 3x a day nearly, as fear cannot and will not reside inside me.
