I've been planting seeds in random places since I was 9 years old. I call it "Rogue gardening." There might only be a 30% yield, but I know where I can go and find fruits and vegetables growing wild. I encourage everyone to plant seeds wherever they find dirt. Ron Finley is my kind of people.✊🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Got my garden space at a community garden after 18 months on a waiting list. $60 a year plus 8 hours of community garden help (weeding the common areas) and now I produce a variety of beans, squash, carrots, beets, and broccoli. During peek production months my garden space (approx 16 feet by 18 feet) produces so much food that I literally find myself "stalking" strangers to try to unload some of my vegetables on them as I struggle home with a huge bag of vegetables. I eat a meal or two a day from what I produce. I could survive off of it but you can get tired of green beens and zucchini if you eat too much. I appreciate that this man is doing something to actually empower people and make their lives better. Don´t look to government for solutions. Government is the problem as evidenced by the fact that he had to fight the government just to be able to plant on his own property. We the people are the solution. Thanks Gangsta Gardner !

I love this! We've done quite a bit of guerrilla gardening in my town too - we planted a whole little woods of elms, cedars and oaks behind our local library, not to mention years of veggie gardens on vacant lots. The trees we planted are 40' tall now. Do it! That's all I can say.

this is the most awesome thing i've seen today. this guy is awesome and inspiring. He said no not for just himself but for others and the greater good of others. who or what establishment says no!? This is an example of God working through people - very inspiring.
