I’d love to hear the story on why! Some HOAs can definitely suck. Most of the older neighborhoods here HOAs are present but basically irrelevant
@@movingtoboiseid mine is a true horror story, I don't know how crazy and strict some of yours are, this was in the 2009 to 2015 time frame (zero lot line villa, miami lakes, Florida). HOAs are everywhere here now and getting worse. I don't mind to tell you the crazy tale of caution, buyers need to know, but would have to be a call (yeah, there is THAT much)
