Yea, at 6:12 it says that some guide pins need no lubrication. I was using silicone paste on this type. Thank you. Makes sense since the grease would get on the threads. I think that's why my rear calipers are making noise, they're loose. Again, thanks!
i think the issue with greasing that type is that dirt/sand/grit will stick to the grease, and then its like sandpaper. The other system they showed seals the grease inside with the harmonica looking rubbers
ATE actually sells an acid free paste for this application. In northern countries, not using any lubricant on the guiding pins will for sure lock up the brake calipers 😅
Why is a mistake to lube the sliding pins for the front brakes ? minute 06:09 ? its nice to place also the reason and what will happen if we lube it. Exactly. The only other thing is you shouldn’t mix dot 3 with dot 4 if it’s a car that requires dot 4, but other than that, you should be fine mixing certain different brake fluids (of at least equal or higher, but not lower, grade than the car requires.

You got the hub paste all over the wheel studs. Major no no. This will not allow the lug nuts to be properly tightened, and severely over tightened, breaking the stud and damaging the wheel and maybe come lose. The FIRST thing I do is to flush the entire hydraulic system. Then I will open the bleeder, remove the caliper and hold it upside down and shake it while under pressure to help remove any rust that sits in the bottom of the caliper.
Brake cleaner acts aggressively against anything that's hydrocarbon, and as rubber is made of that it'll be damaged over time. Also, do NOT use it to clean painted calipers as the paint will get wiped out by the product
i thought brake cleaner was supposed to be safe on rubber parts as brake systems have a lot of them? I wouldn't use other cleaners but i thought specifically brake cleaner is safe

Since it says "don't need to be" instead of "you must not do that", then it probably won't happen anything if you lube the sliding pins 🥴

it is good for high temps because it can not seize,(sparkplugs, screws on exhaust) but can be washed easely by water , and what if it comes on disc

Yes, you can apply grease to the caliper brackets, recommendations for what kind of grease to use should be found in the car repair manual.
