So, part of her popularity is a result of parents who have never watched or cared about sports, and have been forced by their daughters to take a look at athletes like Caitlin Clark. Iowa's women's basketball has, since Lisa Bluder became coach, an environment where family and fans are respected. Her players played as a family. The players and coaches always respected their fans.
