      @SINNERJACOB 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Possibly he has to@@pollyanna147... It's not necessarily up to him. It's maybe because of the physical condition from Mick and Vince. It's a great effort to play those songs live at the real tempo... So the live production for Motley has to adjust the tempo, metronome, backing tracks, backing vocals and pre recorded sequences for the whole show and the two Tommys had to rehearse at slower tempo with the rest of the band... It's a very complex job to do...

    I remember the first time I saw these guys. March, 1983. They opened for KISS on 5 stops of the Creatures of the Night Tour before Gene Simmons got fed up with their antics and booted them (or that’s how I heard it). Anyway, Vince looked like a two-legged spider in his red leather and platinum hair. The stage set was a bit of dry ice and two candelabra. That’s it. But in 40+ years of concerts, I can only name a handful of bands that made an impression on me like Motley Crue did that night. I’m no psychic and I’ve loved lots of bands that didn’t do much, but I knew that night that what I was watching would be huge - so long as they didn’t self-destruct.
    Vince still needs to take singing lessons and get on a treadmill, but these guys are the real deal. I’ve seen them a few more times between then and now, some great shows, some not so great. Age is a bitch. But I’ve never stopped loving the music, the attitude, and the history. I was a kid the first time I saw them. I’m not a kid anymore and neither are they. It’s been a long and truly winding road, but we’re all still here and kicking’ it. God bless Motley Crue. Rock on, boys! Knock ‘em dead!

      I'm really hoping that the other singers he is on the road with at the moment get with him and help him find his "Now" voice like they all have. Joe sounds great for how long he's been doing it, but even he cannot hit some of those notes he recorded back in the day. He needs to let Nikki carry the majority of the running around stage and stop being so active. I understand the need to feel like he has to but he really doesn't. Maybe if they even added a pitch shifter on his vocals to make them not sound so high pitched or get him to sing them differently which goes back to him finding his "Now" voice.

      It’s rock n roll. It’s not supposed to be perfect.
      All the greatest throughout history didn’t maintain their vocal abilities of how they sounded when they were younger. If only but a few did at most. Vince is 61 here. Can you imagine yourself singing in an arena in a rock band for nearly two hours at 61 ? I don’t think anyone in this thread can.
      Let Motley Crue earn their money and enjoy themselves before it’s all gone.
      They have earned every right to.

      @@timothya.olmeda7299 never said it had to be perfect. But you're right it is rock n roll.. and the point is to put on a good show. And Vince's ability to do that is gone. He has no passion for it anymore it's just a money grab.

      Looks like he’s having fun in the video.
      By the way, are there many individuals in the world that have passion for their job or career in the late stages? They’ve been musicians for over 40 years now. Their style of music is not easy to perform nor is it easy to maintain.
      What is important is that he is there trying to perform as the lead singer of Motley Crue.
      I applaud that and respect it.
      And there is nothing wrong with making money through performing. There is nothing wrong with a money grab either. If you can do it and achieve it, why not? If people are willing to pay and attend, then so be it.
      Motley Crue was a party band, and sometimes people like to forget about the world and escape and celebrate their particular atmosphere.
      I think this generation of music fans are way too critical over petty nonsense. We’ve become too spoiled and expect these performers to be right on the money throughout their lives. It shouldn’t be that way.
      Just enjoy it for what it is.
      Lower your expectations a tad and enjoy it while it lasts.

      I respectfully disagree. Go back and listen to the 2nd song- good lord…. It’s horrible. So six minutes in, his voice is cracking, he’s trying to over compensate by screeching. He was never a great singer, but man. That was rough. Almost as hard to watch as Don Dokken.
