I was thinking the other days. For me as a beginner crossfiter (1 year) having to create my WOD based on what equipment I have at home it's a little challenging. Our trainer is making us workouts to do at home, but I want to focus on my weak points. 😬 And I would like to ask you if you can make a video explaining the basic of wod creation. What flow to follow or how to divide the wod (eg. a part for weightlifting practice, one for an AMRAP and another for strength)? I would really appreciate your advice!

Love the channel and these DIY projects been planning out a home DIY pulley system myself. I appreciate that you guys mentioned paying attention to the various load ratings to ensure safety. for background I have an extensive rope rescue and rigging back ground there is one thing you missed by redirecting the rope 180deg at the top you actually double the force at that point. So if you hang a 50lb weight off of it you actually create a 100lbs of force at the top something to keep in mind.

    • @patrickoconnell2380

I made a DIY bamboo/earthquake bar with a 3/4" oak dowel inside a 1" PVC pipe. Capped it. Marked it. Got some red bands and strung my Kettlebells on it. Great for rehab/prehab and burn out holds at the end of a session. Not sure what the full weight rating would be. I'm 175-180 and could put it in the j-cups and bounce up and down forcefully on it with no worries of it breaking.

Curious as to how y’all mounted those floor anchors I saw this morning on your IG feed doing the box step-ups. It looks like they’re screwed into the stall mat or is there also a plywood backing?

Why filling water only half way & not all the way? Is it so that you can work core at the same time?
