Partial information is correct, state RTO follow the computer generated road tax amt and don't have any depreciated value. One known person purchased 2008 Civic from Delhi and re-registered in Bihar and RTO Charged Rs.88000/- and allowed for 2yrs only. They calculated on invoice value of the car. So be very careful before you plan to re-register any used car.
He can claim refund of road tax from delhi rto he will get 88000 back from delhi rto👍

When you go to buy a car.. after doing a basic walkaround... check documentation first.. especially for cars that were bought on loans.. or any serious fines, panelties or voilations..if car is modified...reciept, knowledge about source of that modification.. and whether genuine part available or not.. IF NOT, WHAT IS THE COST IF YOU EVER HAVE TO BUY THAT OEM PART.. MY FRIEND BOUGHT 2014 BENZ E350 AND IT HAD FLOWMASTER EXHAUST.. POLICE FINED HIM FOR IT AND IMPOINDED CAR TILL HE BOUGHT OEM EXHAUST FOR 1.5L+ AND GOT IT FITTED TO THE CAR... after that only the car was handed to him....

Just a small correction , products have ingredients written all over them when you buy it , there is FSSAI to take care to see that all ingredients that goes into the product actually fit their name on the sachet or the bottle or the packet you are actually purchasing

Irfan bhai is a TH-camr who reviews cars available and clears the price and make. How tf is he responsible for the fraud done by dealers? And he also clearly has disclaimer on the beginning of every video. And btw all these used car dealers sell fraud vehicles. This is how dealers are. Only buy pre-owned cars if u yourself know about cars or you have someone who is with legit knowledge. Also u can altogether avoid this mess. Better buy new cars only.
