I have confusion about its mileage when comparing with hiness350 (some user claims same and bit more).
I really need to go with this bike but still confused if Yamaha discontinue in near future (bcoz it's very less on road in NCR).
First thing Yamaha has no plans as such to discontinue this bike in near future so that's not a problem. Further if I talk about mileage I do have first hand experience of both the bikes and i can say mileage is almost similar but yes FZ do have just a little bit of upper hand over Highness by 2-3 kmpl otherwise it's almost similar.
Also FZ 25 is better in ride quality when it comes to city where as hness performs better on highway sitting comfort is better in highness so on long rides highness will not make u tire a lot. FZ on other hand is street fighter and performs better in city.
And one final thing maintenance cost of highness is higher than FZ25 👍

Actually I am bit confused B/w these two. My aim is for new bike is occasional touring (solo & with my son) and less in city (as hav ing other 2wheeler for that).
So thinking about all poi ts before maki g decision.
H'ness ka service network bahut limited hai Yamaha ke comparison mein.
Honda H'ness city mein kaafi frequent gear shifts mangta hai FZS 25 comparison mein smooth hai.
H'ness retro look hai aur Yamaha FZS 25 modern street fighter look mein.
Japanese engines ki vajah se performance dono ki hi kaafi reliable hai.

Bhai mileage around 40 ka mil jaega aur headlight to yahi aata hai headlight se related koi bhi additional accessories showroom me nhi mil paega aap bahar se modify krwa skte ho
Sir service cost
Brother this is a bit tricky because it depends on ur usage pattern.
So take it in this way for every thousand km service cost is around 700- 800 ₹
And in other way u will need a service after every around 4500km and on an average each servicing will cost around 3000.
Here I am not adding expenses that may occur in the form of changing tyre or any other accessories.
This expense includes only normal servicing in which engine oil, air filter, oil filter and other little replacement.

Bro to me with this budget FZ25 is the most Value for money. There are other options as well like Pulsar 250 series or Hornet 2.0 series even u can think of Apache 200 which has loads of features 💪. But when I think of a bike which is no nonsense in its performance styling onroad presence and mileage FZ25 checks all gaps.
U can take it on highway ride it in city and wherever u want maintenance cost is around 1000 per month. Road balance is excellent u may face some problem in handle stability but in all the cases that I have seen issue was just related to alignment of front tyre. I had a friend back in Patna and he said that handle bar is shaking and i just asked him go to showroom and ask them to just put on front tyre again and problem was solved. I only face one problem that when u ride it at around 100 kmph and if there is across wind blowing u will feel like bike is not stable because of its less weight in the contrary when I rode dominar 250 it was way more stable in across wind as well.
