    I got one and I use it almost everyday ! It does amazing job on chopping vegetables like carrots onions tomatoes céleri. Very usefull to blend (I use it for blending eggs or to make smoothies). Eggs salad, chicken salad, even for hard cheese ( if you dont feel like grating, you can use it to shred very cold cheddar, mozzarella or parmesan). One word of advice: if you want to make salsa all in once, put the hard ingrédients at the bottom (onions garlic and herbs) and the tomatoes at the top. It will make à wonderful job.

    This unit is very sturdy and wonderful piece. I am using this for over 2 years now. It is going very smoothly till now. No problems no hazards so far. It does its job beautifully. I bought it after watching your review. I use it almost everyday and needless to say I now dont even need my mixer grinder. The machine is great for chopping and pureeing. Thanks for this video.

    Thank you for this video. I needed to see a video review in order to decide whether this chopper fits my needs. The videos on Amazon were completely useless, but yours is comprehensive and detailed. In seven and a half minutes, you told me everything I needed to know.

    Just purchased mine from Walmart today for about $17. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the results. I placed around 7 ice cubes in the container, pulsed, & the ice came out like snow! This is perfect for smoothies!

    Very good demo for a very good product - I have just purchased one exactly like yours and was glad to have your explanation before I tried using it the first time, so thank you very much. I was amazed at how quickly and easily my little Ninja Express minced parsley as well as garlic, green onion and cucumber. I've owned several food processors over the years, some quite large, all big name brands with fancy attachments but none were as good as this little dynamo. Thanks again!

    I'm late to the party but just read about the product and found your review. Thank you for chopping different ingredients and especially for your helpful reminders of how much food to use, what size to pre-cut it, and all that information for chopper newbies like myself! Now I'm going to order one for myself! (True story: My eyes started watering when you showed the chopped serranos.)

    4/9/19 Update: I bought one and used it a couple of days ago. Best tool ever. I chopped celery with it effortlessly for a last minute chicken salad I needed to make. SO glad I added this to my kitchen - highly recommend it.

    They should continue this chopper indefinitely, it's great! I much prefer this to bigger, bulkier, more expensive processors. It does everything well. Motor can't handle overload torque, but that's user error at that point. Love this thing!

    I like how she held the head and pulsated with the other hand....definitely the best selling point for me. I wasn't too happy with the chopped nuts either, but oddly that wasn't a deal breaker.... I think i'll watch this review again when my wife is sleep to firmly seal the deal and I'll probably get it tomorrow. Thanks, great review!

  • @calisongbird
    @calisongbird 3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

    I think you could solve the issue of uneven chopping texture (such as the nuts) by pausing after a pulse or 2 to gently shake the machine before continuing to pulse.

    I received my chopper and I agree with this review. It's better than the excellent Black and Decker chopper that we had for about 15 year (it finally died and went to chopper heaven). I will say that the plastic lid of the ninja keeps SOME of the mixture off of the motor, but some did indeed get through. Great product, not very expensive. I hope this one lasts as long as my B&D did.

    Great review! I was looking around for something of this size specifically for garlic. I already have the Ninja 1000 watt blender, but its too big for small task and to I'm familiar with the blades sharpness. I'm sold on this no objections... for around $20 you cant beat that. Going to pick me up one today.

    Hi, I have watched both this review and the one of the ninja master prep with the additional two containers and the higher wattage. Which set would you recommend? I like the idea of having the additional larger jugs but am also limited on kitchen space and saw some reviews that the tops are harder to clean on the larger set due to many crevices which are hard to get to. The smalle express chop seems to have a more simple design that looks easier to clean.. also is there a difference in how well the small bowl performs between the two sets?

  • @2REMO

    Two questions:
    1. How well would this puree meat?
    2. Can you use this to make nut butters?
    If no to both, what would you recommend that's powerful AND budget friendly ??
    Thanks!

    • @bestkitchenreviews
      @bestkitchenreviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi, no to both. I would recommend a standard food processor. Here is a playlist of food processors I've reviewed. I would recommend one of the Cuisinarts. Hope that helps :) Also, here is a video of grinding meat in a food processor: th-cam.com/video/BFgGpWM69GU/w-d-xo.html

    Is using a spoon to get every piece of say garlic the easiest way to do it? I don't want scratch the plastic so i've been filling it up with water so all the garlic or whatever floats then putting it through a sieve, then i can just hit the sieve on the edge of my pan to get it all out.
    Hit me up if you've got a better way to get all the pieces stuck to the sides and bottom.
