I totally agree with your opinion that learning English is long-term commitment. However working out to get more mussels could become an obsession something beyond healthy lifestile 😏. I do exercise to avoid backache as I am a dentist. Both learning English and doing exercise became my daily routine ❤
Warming up is a must , and you should do dynamic warm up using some light weight. Make sure to practice progressive overload , and reach your daily protein intake to build muscles..good luck
