    My favorite podcast. So interesting! I'm a OR nurse and waiting for my BBL with Dr William. I do exerc but not as professional. It was very interesting to learn . Will do wood chop now more often. :)")

    45:00, 48:00 butt exercises

  • @SanctifiedLady
    @SanctifiedLady 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    That explains why my butt was nice in 2013-2016 because I was in a roller skating team and worked out doing wood Chop at the gym but I thought I was getting a smaller waist

    Question, who is the best person to reach for questions??? I did consult 7 months ago and was instructed to get down to 190lbs.. I've gotten down to 195 and was seeking to schedule for first of year but told I needed to lose 25 more lbs.. after a 100lb weight loss over the last 3.5 years I have areas that are not going to change after 2 csections.... is the amount of weight loss rain you don't work with certain patients??

    How soon after surgery can I exercise a heavy workout?

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am pretty eager to get patients moving after surgery so for me I like patients to begin to exercise as soon as they feel well enough to do so and heavy weights after a BBL at three weeks. Here is a link to my BBL exercise program: th-cam.com/video/2uvNwobeNQ0/w-d-xo.html

    Dr Williams can you do a tummy tuck and liposuction on a BMI 45 am 5.9 tall and I really love being chubby I dont want to lose weight so much

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Personally I would not. I think the risk is too high. A blood clot and possible pulmonary embolus for example. Also in Florida there is a law prohibiting patients above 40 from having outpatient plastic surgery. If you are happy with your weight than I would look at Sono Bello as they routinely operate on patients with BMIs in the 40's and 50's under local anesthesia.

    • @ngozamumba4045
      @ngozamumba4045 ปีที่แล้ว

      @DrWilliamMiami thanks for the response so if I go down to BMI 39 or 40 would you do it? since you say Florida law says 40 and below because truth be told I have been searching for surgeons around but my mind just with you and I will only be comfortable with you

    If a patient has an autoimmune disease can they still qualify for surgery?

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They might, hard to say, but I would speak to your physician to see if they think it is safe and speak with your plastic surgeon.

      @@DrWilliamMiami I have a bbl scheduled with you for the end of May but was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune. My PA said it should not interfere with the surgery but where can I email you to verify that you agree
