- New account with only 1 user will get the limit of 100 only.
This has been introduced in recent year to avoid the spammer to onboard and send spam.

for bcc, you can send if you have limit for your product.
Maximum messages per day, Daily sending limit per user account* = 2,000
1,500 for mail merge (previously called multi-send)
500 for trial accounts
Recipients per message, Addresses in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields of a single email* = 2,000 total per message
(maximum of 500 external recipients )

No, if your account has eligibility, you can send.
Not to get caught as spammer, use different recipient names embedded on messages sent. Check spammyness of your draft too.
ok bro another method all mail address copy and paste to to address and send it ,
through mail merge you send as one to one & not as one to many.
sending by copy pasting all recipients in cc/bcc of one message will show all list to all.
