Lucy Thomas with her rich silky smooth lows and her powerful highs is a once in a generation singer! Her perfectly timed verbrato, her sustained notes and vocal control are like no other. Add her ability to hold a note for 18 seconds! In her third concert in the West End of London she had 8 standing ovations during her very successful performance. I know, I was there. Lucy has an amazing rich, full voice with a gorgeous tone n vibrato, and she makes it sound effortless!

Thanks Roskoe for this wonderful reaction and the shout out. I think this is Lucy at her best. I think Bobby Hatfield would be mighty proud. Lucy is just a very special person. Night before last she had her 3rd public concert in London. I hear it was a great success to a sold out crowd. I am convinced she can sing any song and make it beautiful. Stay safe, healthy, and free.
This is the best version ever and Lucy is the best singer of this generation. She is untouchable! Such a beautiful incomparable voice like I have never heard in my entire life!
This was a phenomenal rendition of this classic song, probably covered hundreds of times over the years but i've been around the block a few times and in my opinion, I've not heard a better version than this. Lucy has this uncanny knack of taking a song -any song, any genre and make it her own and many cases making it better. I think Lucy is a better singer than Barbra Streisand, who sings her higher range through her nose giving that nasal affect. Lucy has total control over the whole range, and its beautiful to the ear.
