JD I went inside this trailer at the show. I found the cabinets to be cheap along with those countertops. The BAL frame was good with the rack & pinion slide. I agree with you about the weak suspension. The Furrion on demand, corner shower and Coleman Mach would be a deal breaker.
When boondocking or at a campground without sewer, a shower mizer is a must have for us. Keeps the grey tank from filling up so fast. Love the design, I have a Rockwood 2205s which is almost identical.
Shower mizer I love it especially when boon docking .I get about 2 to 3 extra days of water before having to dump and refill my tanks. Hell yes. P.S. they should just put the big fans in the bathrooms from factory. No one like the small fans

I 100% agree that manufacturers need to step up their game on all models. I would prefer to keep government regulation out of rv industry. Look at everything else the government gets hold of. They will destroy the industry with overregulating, nonsense BS rules. There would likely be a lot of changes that people are not going to like. And because of the new regulations the price of units would skyrocket. Look at Healthcare ! The industry leaders could each have a rep along with a certain number of rv owners to come up with needed, quality upgrades / changes, and hold manufacturers to quality standards.
So there are companies that target "higher quality"... but every consumer like the ones commenting here are too cheap to pay for a better product. Just sayin
I'd rather have a bumper W hose storage to protect that Azdel on the back side, vs a storage tube. Considering this is a Alliance, some nice slam latches would be more appropriate vs the low price turn knob locks on the outside storage. Shower miser is a must is you want to do any off grid camping for multiple days and keep the significant other happy!!
Huge fan of Alliance and I really appreciate that they're coming down-market with their newish Delta line of travel trailers. As an upscale travel trailer manufacturer, I just wish they included torsion suspensions (and not crappy leaf springs).
This is very similar to the Flagstaff 22FBS/Rockwood 2205S twins. The FR twins wins: Solid surface counter, better independent torsion axle suspension, larger oven, frameless windows, standard 1800 watt inverter, shower-miser, nicer theater seats, and slam latches on outside storage doors. Wins for the Alliance: water center and slide/awning switches in cargo bays,drawers in the pantry, slightly more counter space, and the BAL frame. Definitely nice to have these options so you can get exactly the options you feel are important. I’ve been shopping these and feel the Forest River twins may be the better value/feature mix. What is also cool is that many dealers carry both brands for side by side comparisons.
Another great review JD, I think this can be the sweet spot for many people… the only thing I didn’t like was the slide… but that’s only because it’s something to possibly break in the future 😂 but I like the theatre seating.. a lot of pros to this one vs the cons…
The openness, the overall size, the quality to use for long term travel/living. Thermofoil counters don't bother me, I've replaced way too many kitchen cabinets and countertops for those to be an issue. My only question would be with Winter or cold weather camping and holding tanks. Trailer looks substantially enough built to handle the ALCAN Highway.
I think combining thermafoil countertops with an undermount sink is a defective design. I wish all RV manufacturers would stop doing that. OTOH I really like the way Alliance has strengthened their drawer bottoms and think all should copy it.
Personally I don't need better counter tops and soft closing anything since I dom't have any of the fore meantioned in my home. An rv is just a vacation.
Gosh dang I wouldn't want to hit my head on the corner of the cabinets by the bed. Seems everything is just sharp and crappy. Needs a true range hood with proper venting among other things. No way.
Love the idea of this trailer, but look at the position of the axles, very far back. Any weight that goes in that front locker will be 75% added to the hitch weight. Water. Black. Grey? Don't know the location, but it'd have to be forward of the axles, and likely 50% on the hitch weight. It's listed as a light weight trailer, but it'll easily double or triple the listed hitch weight. Which will tow horribly. I hope I'm proven wrong.
I watched a lot of RV videos and a lot of your videos. I KNOW YOU KNOW BETTER‼️ This RV is a outdated copy of a Rockwood MiniLight. - one little air vent in the bathroom, the cheap kind. No air fan in the rest of the RV. - People nowadays like Convection Microwaves / Air Fryers. - No high-tech Furion Cube Air Condition System. - Weak old fashioned stabilizer jacks. - 1980s lead acid battery system. Could switch to heated, water resistant lithium batteries with more solar standard. - What about a tool box propane tank system for the tongue jack area? - What about a rolling tray storage system? I could go on and on why this 2025 RV is very outdated.

If the government regulates the rv industry, the entry-level rv will be out of range for the target customers.

I love the shower miser for dry camping & also with the tankless water heater can help prevent freezing in cold weather camping

YES, YES, YES...abandon thermo-foil to solid surface...one mistake with a hot pot will pay for solid surface counter tops.
