I have had amazing thicker skin dumplings throughout other cultures and regions. Sometimes when it’s colder out, I crave thicker skin dumplings. To me, it really depends on how hearty and flavorful the fillings are. Does it need a more delicate skin, or a thicker skin for balance. You?

@@ManChan-w5p Hahaha OK you’re right thick skin is best for survival and longevity. I totally get and appreciate your humor! I missed that. Though some people say being vulnerable with a thin skin helps emotional growth!
This is a place I've frequented since it opened at this location. For those who have not been there, this noodle shop is a self served setup. I went there again a week ago, but soon after I placed my order I realized I couldn't find a seat. I immediately asked the cashier to cancel my order because there was no seat available. It was literally just 30 seconds after my order was placed. I told the cashier I would go to do grocery shopping at the supermarket across the street and come back later. However, she didn't practice common sense, to say politely; I lost $14.00 that day. I spent about $50.00 a week at that place, but they're quite busy. I'm sure they don't miss or need my business. I have to select at least one star or I cannot post this review; for this incident, I don't think a star is deserved.

Great to see such quality control in a restaurant, wish you made some shrimp without pork or veggie options
Their wontons are spectacular, hefty size and flavorful. I bought a bag of frozen wonton for home.
