It's the standard method of breaking bad news to a patient and i found tge doctor empathetic enough,it's obviously shocking for him but for the doctor he is just a patient he had soft tone and he asked him several times for family so his duty is done

I can understand why Tuo dies not tell his family. His mother clearly favors younger brother and because he decided to follow his heart and is more like his grandfather with
his crafting skills his snobby father doesn't even bother with him.
Really liked his grandfather who loved the woman he married and the career he loved and passed that passion on.
Excellent cast, director and informative look into a Cruel disease.
