@@djeverest4078 C'mon though, Vax would look! The only reason I'd buy that maybe he wouldn't is because he already caught Percy leaving Vex's room, so knowing he's sleeping with his sister would make it too weird. Under other circumstances, though, Vax would definitely look just out of curiosity.
Whitestone's attack is taking the place of Fort Daixo. Since the audience has no connection to that place, whitestone will do. Liam (Vax) wrote this episode so he wrote himself that funny line. Liam loves his happy sad mixes for sure.
You're right that Whitestone wasn't attacked in the campaign. I'm going to link the episode that I think comes closest to this sequence, in case you want to compare it. th-cam.com/video/yqJdHshftrs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vUpn6Wl-_Gyqh67H. The timecode is 41:54.
I have never stepped foot in a casino for good reason! 🤣 But hey, I could have just been laughing at them being awkward in the bath. I didn't give away that Vex was there! Lol
They are definitely altering the timeline. Last episode did not give Keyleth her vestige. Scanlan leaving this episode was similar to when Scanlan left the group, but he blew up at the group for not knowing anything about him and only thinking of him as a joke. He then left to find Kaylie. Of course, this arc came later in the campaign, but I don't think we get that full arc with only 12 episodes per season and I, personally, think we only get 1 more season. Then, the attack on Whitestone took over the attack on Fort Daxio, which we haven't seen in the show so this makes more sense.
@@Thurrak I just don't see them doing the 4th arc of Campaign 1. Most of that arc was dealing with loose ends that haven't been explored in the show. On top of that, it would be hard to do in a 12 episode season when I expect the show to only last 1 more season.
"Check for traps next time"...says the guy who rolled so low on his perception check that he couldn't see through _water_
🤣
It's a rule: If you're in a hot tub with another dude, don't look down.

He's definitely a fan of Gilmore!
He knew she was there the whole time. He was just pretending not to.

Good story choice then for the show! Gives it more emotional weight.

Thank you!
Thanks for watching! How long can you hold your breath? 🤣
Laura Baily tweeted that she in fact held her breath from splash to Vex surfacing when watching.
You should never play poker 😆

Him leaving here wasn't that moment, we may yet still see it. You'll understand after seeing more episodes.
