A x9 is basically a CTS on steroids bigger in every way. With that kind of combine. Power matters. If you are gonna shell out that kind of money. You get the x9 1100 and get the 50 foot hinged header to get maximum productivity out of the machine. They are awesome
For the gap on the fold down, go to the hardware store and purchase a roll of sticky tape foam, comes in various thicknesses you can cut to length to be used for weather-proofing, just make sure to clean the area where it sticks to, best thing to do is wipe it clean with paint thinner before hand. As far as grain yields, that is a very dark area and really shouldn't be concerned about until the end of a field in order to calculate averages unless you are mapping the fields for nutrients. Nice ride along in a cadillac 👍👍
Enjoyed seeing you test the combine. They said the header went up and down by itself, when i first started watching you i thought the header went up automatically when it realized there was no wheat and you were turning. But it was you!!
If y'all get one of the new S7-700's or two in the future, you can get the massaging seat then. You may have to get the leather option though. They incorporated a lot of the X9 features on the new upcoming S7 series
I guess the only thing missing from the million dollar harvesting machine, is the robot/AI to operate it, completely disassociating the human need to even be in the cab. It'd be real nifty if the robot/AI could make the payments on the million dollar harvesting machine
What a magnificent combine! John Deere is the best! You look like a kid with a new toy! I am reminded that back when I was a kid (I'm 70 now), most combines were pulled behind a tractor. I remember when a farmer down the road bought a "self-propelled" JD combine, I was so impressed. No cab, but still impressive. Technology has come a long way. I have to laugh at your comments about how crooked your Mom parks her combine. You must be a perfectionist, just like me!😂 Thanks for another great video. Stay safe!😊
A farmer in Canterbury, New Zealand has just replaced his S790 or 760 I can’t remember with a X9 1100 I was hearing it was worth around $1,800,000 NZD 😳
Not quite right. The CTS has a conventional drum and concave then the two rotors sort out the straw. CTS = Cylinder Tine Seperation. The X9 has two rotors, no threshing cylinder.
Yes seems there were no jam nuts on the adjusting bolts on the pip and lost bolts out of back bushings someone didn't do the update on it very good but their other head had no issues and has the lock nuts
We demo a 1100 last year in 80+ wheat with the 50’ and thought it was under powered. Kinda felt like the 9750’s back in the day no power recovery The S-790 the power flows through the machine perfectly in the same conditions. Just my experience in the X 👎🏼👎🏼.
@@HaydenOnHarvest wow that’s cool there are 10 of them used on marketbook for sale 500 to 1200 hours and not one of them is under 900,000.00 without header…. I better connect with your salesperson 😂😂👍 Glad you got to run it
FIRST AGAHAAAAA
😂😂😂
That was super cool man!!! Thanks for taking us along and also for showing us Emma on the other side of the camera........well done.....keep it up

I love how you introduced the X9!
man I'm Brazilian and I loved your channel, continue with the videos that you will be a success in the production of content!
Just found your channel recently. But your channel is going to blow up very soon. Very well made videos!
Thanks for bringing us along

Awesome video. Thanks for sharing
wow Hayden, great video..Your mom and Dad must be very proud of you. Great son
Great commentary on the X9. Your end thoughts were very agreeable to me. Great to see Emma in the video.😊😊😊 John T
I would think a hole saw would easily turn the compartment to your right into a cup holder!!!
Thanks for explaining your acres per day. We run an s670 30 foot head in Minnesota. On soybeans. Good day is 80acres.
How separator hours do you put on per year.
How many hours on combine when you decide to trade off?
Thank you. I enjoy your videos!

It’s got a nice sample
Did Denver ever harvesr for neufelds in inman ks by any chance?

Got your good-looking operation

Greetings from Bruce , Alberta Canada. (Agriculture-cowboy country) Have been enjoying your videos. Do you do custom combining in Canada?
Sweet video
Just a random piece of info, average wheat yield per hectare in UK is 8.6 tonnes
I know a crew that runs a x9 but it is a test combine. If dibbs is scared of a deer why is not scared of the John Deere combines.
Hayden, thank you for posting the specs on that new combine. I can't believe they cost $700,000. Whoa
I can’t believe you can get one for 700… all the ones for sale are used and asking 900 on average with NO header
What happened to your Hayden on harvest flag?
Not quite right. The CTS has a conventional drum and concave then the two rotors sort out the straw. CTS = Cylinder Tine Seperation. The X9 has two rotors, no threshing cylinder.
You need the x9
Wonderful videos thank you HAYdenOnHarvest you are the best
at 40.00 per acre equals 22,500 acrres thats a lot of run time
Almost looked like Jim Zeorian helping in the beginning with re-fuel.
I'm sure In a few years you can run your X9 from your recliner in Texas
Kinda scary
We will see. All the other brand is working and testing new combines.
Or maybe they'll just put a recliner in the X9
@butterbeanfarmer7952 i think you’re on to something 😳
Hoply your Mom got to run the X9
I KNEW IT
You did in fact knew lol
Usually test combines don’t come with unit numbers on them 🧐
I didn’t look at the hours but I’m going to guess it was a pre-used machine. Still a pretty cool experience
Good vid I'm 90%
Just started watching your videos, are y’all a costume harvest crew
Only on Halloweens 😅, yes we are a custom harvesting crew
@@HaydenOnHarvest guess I deserve that one lol 😂
@@rogerembry4777 haha you’re good
Do you know anyone who's running x 9 1100 with 50' have any comparison and opinions on them to like a 790
Not sure, I would love to see the comparison though!
Mike Mitchell maybe? From Canada.

How many acres can you harvest on a average day.
180 is pretty avg
How many acres are you folks harvesting in North Dakota to use 5 combines
How old is Hayden? I don't remember him ever saying!
I am 20 years old
It’s a TH-cam of a TH-cam TH-caming a TH-cam touting a TH-cam
I think your light on your X9 pricing
There was a sticker on the ladder that said the price and the salesman told me that price

@@leonardpetherickGo on tractor house and look them up there's some x9 listed for about 550
Hiiii😜
I'm being chased around by a drone over $10
