KSM is growing like anything. Now they have 9400 volvo chromcast bus (internet bus) in fleet. I travel every weekend in KSM. Driving skill of the drivers are apt. They are also improving time tables

One time diesel is filled up in bus or in between diesel is to be filled up at petrol pump whenever it remains half of diesel through indicator on the speedometer. Or as and when required diesel can be filled up

Google shows its almost 578 km Hyderabad to Bangalore & fare is only 1400 Rupes..
Infact in Bangladesh we have to pay more than 2500 Taka for to go 400 km with Man DD/scania K410....
