When I first tried to pull the chain on the Hunter Eclipse in the store, it won't pull. I saw that the chain was twisted around the switch housing. I turned the light kit to the place where the chain isn't twisted around the switch housing. Then when I pulled it again, it did pull.

The Berkley fan (at 0:15) is not in the living room, it's in one of the bedrooms, and they're actually are a couple people that lived there too.
