Bombs and wardancers have me switching your top 2 teams from mine, but i definitely respect how tough it is breaking through those damned dwarves and ogres! I think fire will come out on top once it adds a bit of guard to the roster though. Cheers to great video! Seems buddy and me may have been sleeping on College of Heavens Xp
I specially LOVE to hear you talk more of every team! I would have liked a top 8, but this is already great! 😁 What are your 6th, 7th and 8th places? Greetings from Uruguay! Edit: nevermind I just saw the ending, amazing video!!
Played with your suggested 2rr college of heaven roster this week, skinks won the game in 3 turns. Good fun, never played it until this week, will be picking up a box of it on pay day
Hey Paul, we've played lots of 11s in DB in the past, not with BB20 rules but with the older versions and it's been excellent! But we're planning to get some standard teams into the dungeon at some point soon! 😁
When you were talking about the College of Death's muscle I thought you said "Beefense" instead of "defense! And now I think that should be used generally as a regular Blood Bowl word!
How do we buy these teams? Is GW going to release them or do you have to buy 2-3 BB teams and combine them? Just trying to figure out if Dungeon Bowl is viable.
@@BoneheadPodcast Actually, these weren't in any particular order. I was just guessing before watching which 5 would make the list. My #1 would be College of Metal because Bruiser supremacy! 😂
Ben, I miss these Top 5's here's a good one: Top 5 players to foul with. Those players that like to foul and don't mind risking them getting sent off and level then up as a fouling player. Hope you see this!
Like everything with Hobby rules never really seem influence me It's just what I find cool or what minis I like! Decent enough list though, your vid on the Death team may have tempted me Just big Flesh Golems and Mummies running around clobbering Lads......and Lasses is awesome.
I really hoped that they would have left the Dwarf Lineman out of the Dungeon Bowl rosters (or limited them to counting as blockers), sadly GW never seem to learn about how offensively overpowered that piece is, especially in limited, tight corridors.
Unless theres a faq i dont know about fungus flingers becouse of the bomadier trait they dont get the benifits of stunty just the bad side of it. And i dont think they have titchy either
Hey Ben. Nice Video, but I'm shocked, that the college of death is not even part of your top 5. You talk about removal potential and blocking potential. 2 Big guy mummys without negatraits + up to 4 S4 Flesggolems, which simply build a "fleshwall" and even, if them are knocked down, they will stay there blocking the movepath. and on top 4 blitzers with block to support these. These bring every upside of the other bashing teams, but together with regeneration they got the power to stay! Other Teams require a sponge to heal their guys? Death got a 50:50 chance to skip this and fill up their TVOP again emediatly! Jeah, they are missing these stunty dodge roll, but is it realy your argument to make a team better than the others? As far as I've seen your mathes the college of fire has won with its bash potential. And the College of death bring the punch to the pitch to compete with it, but also got the edge to sustain on the long run. After some rounds of bashing they will allways be more players on the pitch, then the other. Jeah, your houserules to limit the amount of rounds to play takes away the advantage of this tactic and teams, which got a stunty chance to ignore enemies blocking corridors get an edge then, but should this realy influence, a teams rating? PS: personaly I actually prefer such stunty tactics, too, but in a game of dungeonbowl u got an advantage to score simply by removing players. in the best case they will return never, but else u will need up to 3 rounds to fill up your TVOP again. (1 round to recover from KO, 1 to get back to the dungeon and in the third u can use this player again) and the ability to get 50% to get -1 round to recover such a player feels so massively strong to me at the moment. They got high sustain with armor and high recovery to return so this team will always have the most players on the field on the long run. I realy believe I would rate them higher.
Can't wait to see the bottom 5 as well! :D

😂 I agree with that top 5!!!
However, I'm a bit surprised you did not put your beloved skaven in there...
Maybe the 2 games were a bit too hard :)

A College of Life build is really tempting; plenty of conversion opportunities, forest blight and dryad proxies for Nurgle pieces seem a given.
This was my thought. Dryads are my wardancers and Plant Bullettes for the Nurgle Warrior pieces.
Ahhh excellent!! 😁
Oh that's a really interesting idea man I want a standard Dryad team though still!!
Have you tried using 11's team in dungeon bowl yet? Does it work?
If you take a Black Orc 11's team with no trained troll, you have a legal College of Metal team.

Bang on!

Why did I go for Elven Union 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣
I bought dungeon bowl because of you.
I'm running Fire only...as they have Dwarves
How do we buy these teams? Is GW going to release them or do you have to buy 2-3 BB teams and combine them? Just trying to figure out if Dungeon Bowl is viable.
Knowing gw you'll probably have to buy multiple teams
Heaven, Life, Metal, Fire, Beasts
Ooh Heaven #1? Skink supremacy??😁

Hahaha!! 😁😁 College of Metal is just awesome!
What do you think of a "College of Homebrew" using the Simyin and Slann teams? I think Slann would be so insanely fun in dungeonbowl

Going to start a ladder after Christmas with all 8 colleges where the challenger can choose to play Dungeon Bowl, 11s or 7s.
I really hoped that they would have left the Dwarf Lineman out of the Dungeon Bowl rosters (or limited them to counting as blockers), sadly GW never seem to learn about how offensively overpowered that piece is, especially in limited, tight corridors.
College of life snotlings don’t have “Titchy”.
Probably an error. Deleted,it when deleting the “Swarming” rule.
Yeah, we’re assuming that’s a typo!! Non-Titchy Snotlings is just silly 😁😁😁
Ever see the Ogres from the college of fire just sit there because of their not so bright capability?
Rotspawn with tentacles seems for me a nightmare und a Dungeon against the stunties
Unless theres a faq i dont know about fungus flingers becouse of the bomadier trait they dont get the benifits of stunty just the bad side of it. And i dont think they have titchy either
College of Beasts for life! Minotaurs rule, ogres drool!
Dungeon bowl rule book mysteriously does not say that snotlings have titchy
