Just bought one from you. For my 23’ 300xc. The new frame opening seems like it’s narrower and it won’t fit past. Seems like almost needing to loosen most of the engine mounts to lift the front of the motor to get the saver in. Any info/experience ?,have you tried installing it on your new bike yet?
Hello Tony I’m sorry, you must have misread the listing on our site. It does not fit the ‘23 XC. Please give us a call Monday or email info@slavensracing.com and request an RMA number. We will have them in about a week for the ‘23 XC.
Is there a significant difference between these and the standard KTM exhaust flange guards? It looks beefier but I’m not sure that’s necessary. I do like that the pinch bolt is more easily accessible.
Hello, We tested the KTM product. It's good but kind of flimsy, so we made ours to have better structural integrity and a better fit and easier to install.

Tighten the pinch bolt after the flange bolts are tightened?.... thanks for all your videos
Tighten the pinch bolt before you tighten the flange bolts.

These are worth the money!!! Exhaust flanges are not cheap!
What torque for the bolts? Does anyone know?
Found it: 8nm
The piece slid right on! 👌🏻
Do they make any for earlier model years? 2005 EXC
Sorry, no.
I need that..., you got the coughs?
I just installed this on my new bike, 2021 250XC. It slid right on and looks way beefier now.
Do you have these for 2014 KTMs?
Sorry, no.
@@slaverace1 cool. Just wanted to check with you first
GasGas Red?
No red on the drawing board but we will be adding black.
I really need one for my 150 SX !!!!!!!!
I believe the 125 and 150 flanges are much thicker and don't really need this protection .
Just heat the cylinder saver up in the oven (70 degrees Celcius) and it slides right on.
They usually slide right on without any heating.
