  • Cyclists & machinists often Press their hands down on their equipment for long periods of time. Compression of the Ulnar Nerve in The Tunnel Of Guyon (Ulnar Canal/Ulnar Tunnel) may lead to dysfunction and irritation of the nerve including adhesion formation on that area, numbing/tingling of the fourth and fifth digits, and grip weakness. Do This on a regular basis to help alleviate these symptoms.

Thank you very much for this video! As a Bboy (Breakdancer) I have been experiencing a lot of uncomfortable pain around this area for a while. Research has brought me to the ulnar tunnel syndrome and eventually to the guyon's canal syndrome. But it didn't brought me to the right explanation and solution of the problem until now 👍🏽

Adjusting handlebars or getting another set that has less upsweep will take the pressure of too, if you have this, look at your grips, if they wear down more on the oustide then you have the most weight on the outside of you hands

Thanks so much for this video!!! There are so many videos for ulnar nerve stretches and glides at the cubital tunnel including one by you but my issue is with the guyons canal. These stretches and glides are helping me tremendously! My ulnar never entrapment was caused by lots of computer mouse use as well as hand drumming. Thanks again for your help!!!

Massage therapists often develop issues with this as well as complete tingling and numbness of the arms/hands. It can be debilitating. I've found your videos very helpful. Thank you

That is exactly what I have but my left shoulder (same side) is uncomfortable. My work involves pulling but worst part hammering against a tool that hits exactly that spot in the palm area.

Hello , Dr . I’m a bowler in the USA and I also had a problem with my left hand, but I had seen the Physical Therapy before and they said it was a tendon problem, but I have been rehabilitating for 2 months, and one day I tried to bowled again, but it’s still hurt . So I’m confusing about that....

I got the injury when I punched a boxing bag. It was hurtful at that moment but I thought it will go away in a few weeks time. Its been 2 months from that moment and it got a lot better until now, but I still have some movements where I feel the pain in the nerve. Base of my pinky finger doesnt hurt anymore, but in some specific motions, I feel pain in the ulnar nerve. Weather changes also trigger my pain and after I stop using my hand and then I bend my palm towards my pinki ring I hear a pop. Today I will start doing your exercises to see how it goes. Also, I wanna ask you, can you tell me the difference in symptoms between hemet body and hemet hook injury? Is this poping I described related to hook or body? I came to a conclusion it is a hemet bone after lots of researching and it seems to me that is it. Thank you.
