They look fab!! I put my 2pence worth as a reply to Deep Water. I'm going to look into the brain/memory supplements you do. I only once a week to classical ballet and now that I'm getting more advanced( thanks to you inspiring me to condition more) I have brain freeze on many enchaimants. It hilarious my teacher waits for me to turn my light switch on the "on" position after its cut out! And my needs are one 2hours class! How you do I am in awe. You look great. And I've been thinking I hope you start to care less and less about filming inside your company. I like for you not to be stressed. We all love you and love to see you work out at home. Your rehearsals and filming from the wings....... Brilliant. It's enough for me. I look forward to seeing you again soon. they add to my diet:) many hours in the studio and restrictive diet... my doctor advised to start taking vitamins to supplement food. I have had success with this routine :)
Deep Diver ---- just my thoughts. I too take supplements-juice plus capsules. I have clinical depression and actually organising what to eat stresses me. I'm not a fill time dancer/athlete/artist like Joy. But I totally get why she needs to do it this way. I also make my own shakes from hemp protein powder and spirulina and other powders. Keeps my weight where I like it to be. Try it might change your life :).
My vitamins are raw and whole food vitamins. Unless you are growing your own food and have complete control over how your food is grown you can't get the full nutrition you need especially is you are a high performance athlete like a dancer from food alone.
Does anyone understand what the supplement she takes to cut fat? Trying to get back in shape and if I could take something to help speed up the process that would be awesome!

Or did you already post a selection of them somewhere? In any case, from some of the videos of yours I've seen so far in which you also cooked your dinner, those dishes tend to look like they would taste really good!

Now I am second guessing myself. After seeing the ingredient list for mitocore I realize it has a bit of all the supplements I take individually, as recommended by my doctor.
Going vegan would be so nice. As a vegan myself, I would recommend a bit more calories for optimum health and shape. Protein, healthy carbs and some healthy fats. Although, make sure you choose what is best for you ;) god bless you Joy
It is ok. You should not make yourself eat something you don’t like. I disliked them a lot when I was younger, but I like them much better now and I enjoy eating them now.
It is ok if you are irritated, as you sound like you are, but no need to be harsh. It is her body, and she is just doing what makes her feel healthy, even if it does not make you feel the same.

Why supplements /vitamins and not food? They are chemicals that aren't exactly good for your future health.. Not trying to be rude just wondering..

u need more protein u cant live on vitamins. I've been taking vitamins for years and they don't help unless u get a balanced diet which u don't.
