That's why I make these videos to help others out on setups and how to's with recipes ..... etc. There are many ways to do things, it's just a matter of learning and finding out what works best for you. Thanx for the tutorial, I just bought a (seasoned aka used) BGE and am trying to learn about it before I start. I will more than likely only use it for smoking or pizza. I am a decent griller but have never smoked anything before.
