    Hello Kristina. This is Jordan there is useful topical essential oil pain spray . Can find on Evie's channel Fibro Mom " essential oils. I hope it works . Next major flare is December 3 lasting 9.days. Thanks for information about planner's. Now I'm blessed to know two planner's. Life will never be the same. They are, just knowing them have brought clarity and focus. Just what I needed. Thus posting the pain spray recipe. I saw you looked like a wrist brace? Only two oils work on the arms lavender oil and lemon. Your destined for getting massively better as all planner's. Jordan

    So sorry you're struggling. I have fibromyalgia too and have been finding it hard to manage recently, so it was oddly comforting to hear that I'm not alone (though of course I wish you weren't suffering too!). Sending you lots of positive thoughts.

    Thank you for your video. I don’t know how you deal with the fibromyalgia with small children. Thank goodness I wasn’t diagnosed with Fibromyalgia until my children were grown up. I have had it for over thirty years and am now 77. I get new and worse symptoms every year. It has become so debilitating. I pray by the time you are my age they will have a cure for it. You have been through so much. I hope you have lots of support from your partner. Unfortunately my husband didn’t take my pain seriously and didn’t give me much help around the house. Actually that was probably a lot of my own fault as I still tried to keep up with everything, like laundry, meals, shopping. He did finally take over the vacuuming for me. And of course, we don’t look I’ll, so it is hard to be taken seriously. Maybe it was a good thing that he didn’t help me as it forced me to stay active, but it would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea or coffee once in a while. Please take care of yourself and try to get some “peace” once in a while. Big hugs❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

      I really appreciate you taking the time to comment and tell me your story. Like you said, Fibromyalgia is such a debilitating and heartbreaking disease, and I find it helpful to hear other women's stories. For the longest time my husband didn't understand either. It wasn't until his friend's wife also developed fibromyalgia, and they could talk about it together, did he finally put the dots together and become more understanding. It took a decade, but I'll take it!!!
      I have been doing physical therapy (specifically for fascia) and I feel about 85% better now. I will do a video about it someday, but just waiting to have more PT sessions and resources to share. Keep your head up and I'll make a virtual cup of tea for you. xoxo

    Hi just found your channel from searching for other mums in my situation. So sorry to hear your struggles 🥰. I'm a single working mum in England, with fibromyalgia. It's so hard isn't it. I hate moaning about it so I put a front on but it's so tiring acting like you're ok when you're not. Be kind to yourself, lots of love ❤

      Hello from across the Pond! Yes, it is so very hard being a mom AND having fibromyalgia. I can't imagine being a single mom too. You're an amazing woman with strength that runs deep. BTW, your vlogs are sooo cute :)

    I'm so sorry to see you sad & hurting. I know how you feel, how a lot of us feel. After the birth of my twins 18 years ago, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, short term memory loss, Arthritis, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety , Hashimotos Disease, and that's not all. We live in MO and its cold, and my body doesn't like it. Now that the boys are grown, we are finally talking about moving somewhere warm. It's a lot to deal with, but you're not alone. if you ever just want someone to talk to, I'm here. Give yourself some Grace💗

      Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot to me that hear and understand what I am saying. My mother has many of your struggles and moved to Florida a few years ago. It has drastically changed her life. Her pain levels are only a fraction of what they used to be ❤️

    Thank you for sharing. I too suffer from fibromyalgia, I use a heated blanket to help with the pain. I was diagnosed after I got out of the military, I was also diagnosed with chronic PTSD.
    Thanks for being real, because I have also wished I could go back to work, but it is not possible. Remember that this too shall pass. It is just one season.

    Fibromyalgia makes it so hard to function on some days, plan ahead, even to plan. Throw depression and anxiety in there, and with all three some days I am a ball of off nerves chasing after a two year old. The world still turns, the house has to be kept up, baby cared for, all while trying not to fall asleep, fall over. Hang in there mama, from another fibro planner girl to another!

    • @thedaydreamerplans

      Sounds like we are in the same boat :( Thanks for the encouragement! We'll get through this, one day at a time. Sometimes I remind myself of what the old people always say, "The days are long but the years are short".

      Yes it is so tough, I can relate and have a two year also. Trying to maintain working full-time, part-time and taking care of a 2 year old is so rough. I’m keeping you in prayer. God will see us through this he gives me strength to get through another day.

    Btw I started my children in melatonin, at that age, I get it in gummy form. 1.75 mg cut into 4ths. Low enough to get him relaxed or take it yourself if you’re breastfeeding. Only a minuscule amount would get into the breastmilk

    • @thedaydreamerplans

      @@thedaydreamerplans I hope that it helps. I know when I sleep good, I can get the fatigue and pain back under control. Give yourself grace in everything. From what I learnt it’s normal for babies at that age to be up more. My daughter stopped napping and breastfeeding at the same time. I hope it helps, and bless you

    Thinking of you. Fibromyalgia is real. It can be so debilitating. I am at 12 years with fibromyalgia. Brain fog is hitting hard with the significant weather changes. My attitude is less than positive. Just know you’re not alone.

      Oh yes, the dreaded brain fog. The other day I could hardly get a full sentence out. It's so embarrassing! Thank you for sharing your story, you're in it 2 years longer than me. Hang it there girl! The weather will eventually even out (weather affects me as well)

    What are your feelings about Gabapentin?

    • @thedaydreamerplans
      @thedaydreamerplans  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Janet! Gabapentin has worked well for getting rid of the "electric shock" sensation, but it unfortunately comes with a handful of side effects. It makes my vision blurry sometimes, so I walk into walls a lot. It also messes with my speech. My doctor doesn't recommend Lyrica for me, so this is my only option at the moment. So, I take the good with the bad!

      @@thedaydreamerplans darling, dear. don't take it so seriously. I was sharing my own experience.
      when you say to doctors you have a hard time dealing with pain, instead of delving into the root cause of the problem, that is why someone has fibromyalgia, they stick to mental health, as it is a lazy, cost effective and easy approach for them. it took me many years to understand through lots of research that the cause of my fibromyalgia pain is pure physical issues where medical doctors weren't willing to perform test or help as the tests/recovery is a long term process. overall, I m very careful in using the term mental health when it comes to describing chronic pain because there is a whole community of medical professionals who do it to make things easy for them instead of doing their job that is really trying to help understand why someone has fibromyalgia.

    • @thedaydreamerplans
      @thedaydreamerplans  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@shahilagh oh now I understand! Thanks for clarifying 🙂 I agree, the doctors never try very hard with us fibro patients. They throw some pills at us and expect us to stop whining.
