I love how you are always so cheery! Never elitist or bragging. Oh and obviously you have great taste, you only ever show the very best stuff. Extremely impressive collection!
@reinhart.sieger Thanks for the kind words. Nothing to brag about here, just some off the cuff stuff of what I come across from time to time when I get it running again. You can tell that right away by the camera angles and the unscripted videos lol. Hopefully they're still entertaining to watch though and thanks again :)
@@lukemorse1 With you 200%. I have long sinced imagined a Lost World Jurassic Park Arcade Remake with the special edition cabinet and so much more. The special edition cabinet version plays out just like the movie but a bit different and you get to try and stop the T Rex in San Diego
When I see gameplay like this, I can understand why my parents got annoyed when I asking for another coin to play. I could have watched this till the end
Hahaha! I can only imagine. I would have made a video on this up until the end but unfortunately, I dont know if it is the settings or not but I couldnt make it past the van stage for the life of me. Only 1 hit and I kept getting destroyed over and over again. I think Ill have to turn down the difficulty and give it a proper play through.
Good job preserving this classic board, Luke. I remember playing T2 The Arcade Game and Operation Thunderbolt for the SNES with the Super Scope. Having six rechargeable AA batteries is a must since the Super Scope is a battery hog. Never got the chance to use The Menacer for the Sega Genesis and CD.
Thanks a million WWP! I didnt know if it was going to work in the end or not when I got it. This was my first time trying to wire up a Midway shooting game and I wasnt sure of all the pinouts in the beginning. That sounds pretty awesome with the super scope and I totally hear you about the batteries for that thing, Like the old Game Gear. I also never used the Menacer but it looked neat. Maybe some day we'll come across one.
@@lukemorse1 Yeah the Game Gear eats though six AA batteries. When I had mine, I mostly used it with an AC adaptor since I could not afford replacing batteries all the time. The Menacer did not sell well and only had a few games, but I still would love to get one for my collection and Menacer 6-game cartridge since one of the games was a spinoff of ToeJam & Earl.
Thanks a lot! The Skynet battle was pretty creative I thought too! Totally agree about the end of the world part as well. Unplug your toasters and microwave when you go to bed!
Definitely less fun and you might not be interested, but I am working on a way to play these pot based games with standard control panel + JAMMA (Already showed a first working prototype for Revolution X). Keep showing us these games! I was so impressed when I saw that one at the mall when I was young!
Woah, that is a pretty neat concept and definitely interesting. I've done something similar for my arcade games like Outrunners and Biohazard using the analog joysticks for controls so Im definitely interested in what you have come up with. Ill keep putting these up when I can and I can only imagine seeing this one in the mall back in the day. Thanks for sharing and watching!
It sure did. I dont have the original controllers for this game, only my snk ones but you are 100% correct. When I was going over the schematics I saw that and thought it would be cool to have but maybe we will get them working some day. Thanks for checking in as always!
4:19 Midway sound and Atari sound are conflated in my mind. Roadblasters could be a Midway game in my mind, based on the sound, thought it doesn't have the cheeky gore like SmashTV, NARC, or Total Carnage.
I can't even imagine how many quarters I popped in T2 cabs back in the day.
Haha, I can only imagine man. Depending on the settings, this game can get quite unreal

Man, this takes me back, I loved playing this game in the arcades. Thanks Luke!
I'm so glad I can share this with you and to relive a few of those arcade memories! My pleasure!
God I hope that arcade classics like this get a remake along with more content
That would be pretty awesome if it did. I dont see why they dont, it would be really beneficial to re-release it

Nice job. I'm definately guilty of dumping countless quarters in this one.
haha, Im glad Im not the only one then. This definitely took more than a few coins for sure. Thanks for watching!

Great one! I love the Skynet battle.
I hope we're not near the end of the world. 😭

Watching your video at 7:36 in the evening in Perth, Western Australia. Keep up the great work dude!
Wow, thats really cool. Glad I can provide a bit of entertainment for the evening. Hope you are doing well in Australia and thanks for watching!
@@lukemorse1 Doing ok mate. More of an emulation guy these days but love the old hardware fixes too. Awesome stuff. Let's do some of that!!!
Great to see a new lukemorse1 video! Been a while.
Oh wow! it HAS been a very very long time. Great to see you still on YT and thanks for popping over to check out the vids. Hope you are doing well!
@@lukemorse1 For sure man. Always good to see some of the youtubers from way back still gaming. Hope all si well on your end as well!
i have a working Midway T2 here in Australia i sometimes set it on coins for a money box but freeplay for everyone else
LOL! sounds like the perfect chance to cash in on game night! without freeplay some of these games would be insanely difficult
Legendary
Thanks a million coffmanlove!
@@lukemorse1 you're welcome
Pick up truck part must’ve cost me hundreds of dollars back in the day.
lol, I can only imagine. I thought the pick up part was bad until I got up to the van part. After that, it looked like a piece of cake
Sick
lol, Thanks Matty!

Nice :)
Am looking forwards to this one !
Awesome man, some interesting concepts thrown into it and I feel Midway was the best choice when it came to making the game.
Oh yeah, get your plasma rifle in the 40-watt range and let's go shootin'.
Haha! oh yeah!
Hasta La Vista Lukey 😎
HAHA! Thanks Cahos, but I'll be back...again 😅
Oooohhh Lord this is heavy nostalgia Luke.
Luuuke !
Whats up Stteee!
I do believe I played this arcade back in the day. Didn't the controller Uzi even have recoil (vibration) when you shot, I think?

Rated R for Righteous
Haha! absolutely love it
you are a Lucky Luke, best wishes!
The graphics and sound are obviously better than any of the consoles, but I think the pace is better in those versions.
