To complement this law, it is time for us to support PBBM in his effort to pass a law on Land use Plan.
He has been saying that we need a national Land Use Plan. This is a kind of law that will strictly identify areas of land for a specific use.

Siyempre kanino pa magma-mana ito kundi sa kanyang lolo na si Conrado Estrella Sr. na siyang kauna-unahang Secretary ng DAR sa pamumuno ni dating PFEM Sr. Nag-tandem sila ni Apo Lakay para sa mga magsasaka at ganoon din ang ginagawa nila PBBM at ni Sec. Estrella III ngayon.

Teka di ka pala pina-nganak noong naka-upo pa si Apo Lakay na ang Pilipinas ay self-sufficient, mura ang bilihin at exporter pa ng bigas. Dahil ito sa pagiging malasakit ni Apo Lakay sa mga magsasaka at agrikultura.
This agrarian emancipation will create long term food security ...a great legacy of PBBM.

There are pros and cons in everything , but the benefits of this law to large majority outweigh Rico's negatively
Very good observation, mam Jennie.however, he comes across milder now. The Rico Hizon that I am familiar with breathes negativity esp about Marcos . At least now, he is seeing the light, plus the fact that he will have fewer viewers if he continues refusing to recognize what is going on under Marcos governance.

dairy livestock is not that easy... those are ruminants which requires consistent feed which requires expertise in making like silage and bunkers. it will require another massive movement to lower the prices of this feeds

panu pag binenta nila ung land? sa mga developer kasi malaki offer? ung agricultural land magiging subdivision or mall after 10yrs? ang iksi naman so after nun madami na naibenta? sana may condition or provision na di nila pwede ibenta na hindi gagamitin for agricultural purposes

Hope those riceland not to be sold by farmer beneficiaries to Chinese from China. There are reports in Luzon a big chunk of ricelands are now owned by them.

free to sell their land to realtors and developers..like what's happened now to many lands, nakinabang lang ilang pamilya sa lupa ng bayan..we're going to import agricultural products soon..not the current Administration's fault, yung mga nag set ng agri reforms.

@@angel91485 Meron pa. Marami. Sumakay ka ng helicopter. Makikita mo na kahit sa Bulacan, Laguna Cavite, Pampanga at Batangas, maluwang pa lupang sakahin kapag hindi ka sa kalsada nagdaan o wala ka sa mga sentro ng bayan bayan.
Yung mga ipamimigay na lupa, may 10 taong prohibition na ibenta.
Paanong naging libre na ibenta ng mga magsasaka ang lupa na ibibigay sa kanila?

Kaya nilagyan ng 10 taon lang na limitasyon ang pagbabawal na magbenta ng lupa ang mga magsasaka na nabigyan o mabibigyan ng lupa.

It’s up to the farmers. If they want to keep their farms and expand what they already have like buying more farms, they can pass their farm business into their kids and next generation.

My father is one if the beneficiaries of this law.I hope we can cultivate the land given to us by the government kahit sugarcane lang muna. I highly encouraged my father not to ever think of selling the land after 10 years kasi para lang sinayang ito at iba na ang makikinabang. What if naubos yung pera ano na? Nganga?
