    Looks good!
    For the lights you want a rear post light for an anchor light. It is also on when using the navigation lights you already installed. And dock lights can be added like headlights just when docking. So 3 switches. Dock, Navigation, Anchor.

    TJ, I think you did a wondeful job on your pontoon. You have inspired me to take a stab at the process. Keep it up bro!

    Was given a 24 foot pontoon boat last year from my uncle. It needs a lot of work. but your videos sure do help!

    Enjoyed your videos very much. I’m preparing to start my own project on a 95 model 20ft pontoon. I see myself coming back to your informative videos.

    Hey TJ awesome project. I’m currently working on a condo remodel. But once we get in to our house. I definitely plan on doing a pontoon restoration. I’ll have some great reference videos.

    Great job! I like your old seats, in Texas they would of been scorched beyond usability. At the end of the day she does exactly what she's supposed to do. Have fun!

    Nice video series and nice result. I liked your way of explaining things. I didn't see you seal or coat the underside of the deck plywood in any way. Reason for that?

    @chrislett5093 ปีที่แล้ว

    Fix the damn seats! Replace the motor. Paint the dash. New gauges. Where is the roof? You got work to do!!!

    Nice work. I would say to add a bimini top maybe. But other than that, its great. Eventually you'll get those seats to match. No biggie.

    Fantastic. Im not having a lot of confidence with disassembling the helm, cabling and wiring. How did you figure out how to get it all back together?

    You did a good job on the boat.
    If it was mine I'd put a couple removeable pedestal seats up front, some rod holders, a trolling motor, a Bimini top and a prop drive lower for the motor, but that's just me.

      @TJLawrence254  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! It would be better fishing boat with those for sure. That jet drive has not place on a pontoon.

    i really liked the series, liked the pontoon boat. i know you were having fun doing this, just show THAT more in the videos, good or bad, enjoy your build. only thing i would change is clean the seats prior to install and keep in mind all the colors on the boat. great job keep in up!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • @TJLawrence254
      @TJLawrence254  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, they definitely could have used a good pressure washing prior to install. I would have replaced them all together until I looked at the price for new ones!

    Loved you video. Excellent detail on hooking up rails and putting on deck and rug. I would have loved to see more detail on the hook-up on the console. Could you have moved it to another spot easily? Were the wires attached to a fuse box?

    • @TJLawrence254
      @TJLawrence254  ปีที่แล้ว

      You could put the console anywhere. I did put a fuse block in the console.

    I think you did a good job on the boat and reusing the materials. Of course I would used all of the space on the boat and made it bigger. Still a good job.

    looks good, what horse power motor did you go with?

    • @TJLawrence254
      @TJLawrence254  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a 40hp motor, but is the equivalent of a 28 due to jet drive.

    • @TJLawrence254
      @TJLawrence254  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The seats definitely need to be replaced to match. Maybe a this summer project!
