CTA and Pace Buses at 95th/Dan Ryan (3/28/23)

It has been reported on the news that Shedd Aquarium could lose money because of the street blockages caused by the upcoming NASCAR event in downtown Chicago this summer. As a result, CTA is temporarily discontinuing the current route pattern of routes 130 and 146, and will reroute them from the 95th Red Line station to Museum Campus! The 130 will provide local service via State and Wentworth streets and Roosevelt and the 146 will run local from 95th to 79th and run express from 79th Red Line via the Dan Ryan and Stevenson Expressways to Museum Campus. This service change will be immediately discontinued the moment any bus foamer steps foot on the 95th Red Line station to ensure their channels don't get any attention.
