As a tutor who frequently grades IOSH MS projects, this is excellent. One thing I would mention however is that you would likely not attract marks for your second hazard. I would expect (or IOSH do) for some context in terms of what is causing the potential outbreak of fire. I do not agree with this personally as fire is a hazard as per the HSE but for the purposes of this assessment it would not suffice (stupid I know)
I would also include Hazard Category on each section. This displays knowledge of hazard Categories to IOSH
