Folks seem to focus on the superhuman abilities of the hunters yet keep forgetting how tough our feline companions are... *Then can survive hits from town (all the way up to) world destroying monsters. *They've shown to be equally capable in combat to professional hunters (with prowlers). *They are just as intelligent as us but retain all their animal instincts plus their small size does come in handy. Honestly the FF crossover awhile back made a lot of sense; our feline friends (as well as their tribal counterparts) are pretty much the moogles of MH.
The second clip, to be fair to her, she basically got stun-locked at the end, there was no way for her to escape. She could only stare and watch the embarrassement take place while Twitch chat clipped it for us to enjoy. I pity her

@@mastadon1154 Better than having Teleporting Ultra instinct Rajang due to server lag. So far I've only encountered freezing monsters in world, but I remember one time I played Gen I had a Rajang teleport all over the place.

Imagine if there actually was a Super Mario collab. Imagine fighting Petey Piranha or Dino Piranha in monster Hunter! Or a colossal Bowser, having the final phase be in Lavasioth's area of the Elder's Recess and once his health drops to 0 he breaks through the ground and falls into the lava below!
My condolences for those 2 with the wyvern egg quest and bringing it to that camp... when you could just bring it to the ancient forest camp without any monster bothering you xD
