- My Hormones & Rheumatoid Arthritis 9 months later. Holy Cow!
Pamela graduated from Transform 9 months ago. At that time, her rheumatoid arthritis was in severe remission. Her pain level had ended after Food mapping and her fatigue was improving.
She found out though during the program that her hormones were terrible. She had multiple patterns of hormone imbalances included adrenal fatigue, elevated cortisol, low testosterone, estrogen dominance, just to name a few.
Today she's here to do a 9 month follow-up. She's here to share what has happened to her hormones 9 months later and what's happened to her life. Is there a winning formula for complete hormone transformation that makes keeping her rheumatoid arthritis in check successful and sustainable?
Find out now.

Is there a doctor like you to help me in the UK? I have Adhesive Arachnoiditis and chronic pain. I’m given to think that Adhesive Arachnoiditis is an autoimmune condition should I get my hormones tested and can a doctor here in the UK give hormone therapy for inflammation.
I'm always made to feel crazy but this just confirmed I'm on the right track. I have jra and hormonal issues since I was a reen drs always tell me my ra and hormones are not related. I started going out of the medical box to fix myself. Started testosterone a few months ago and I'm already feeling better
What is the treatment? I looked up this video because I haven't been taking my dim estrogen metabolizer for weeks and my pain in my body gets worse every day. I'm going to buy it right now!

My doctor and my rheumatologist refuse to test my hormones. They don't do that in my country. What hormones does she take?
Thanks for taking the time to share that with us, Elisabeth! Must have been challenging for sure
