    So interesting about the sugar. I had a high fruit and juiced fruit diet. Feeling much better on the veg juice.

    I needed to see this...sugar/chocolate has been the monster in my life. I have never been overweight but ate chocolate on a daily basis instead of proper food. I did this until I found the PProgram. I’ve suffered chronic constipation since age 17 now 50, infertility, recurring tonsillitis (now removed) poor teeth. Now have RA since 2014. On the program for 1 month, lost weight (now underweight) but feel more energy- still discomfort in the morning, a few swollen fingers but feel it’s working. No longer doing home enemas BUT chocolate came calling and I fell for its charm and now constipated for 3 days, more sore, knees, feet and hands. Now taking probiotics 50 billion. Chocolate is in the bin! Still need to exercise more. Cheers Clint, still no meds for me 😉

    Clint,
    I recently signed up for your program but am currently on day 19 of 30 day juice fast. ive been battling this ra for 6 yrs. I am dealing with a lot of pain. I am under 100 lbs.not currently on any meds. please reply.
