Really like the rudder on my PWR129 with the Xi3, kinda wish they had a built in rudder system on this one. Nice honest walk around look forward to the build and on the water vids 👍
I too thought the transducer mount would be an issue. I truck load my XTR130 and its not been an issue. Only gripe is that i have to fold it away but works great. Great Video!
Love the new yak. Just got me an Autopilot 120 and love it but that XTR 130 would have been my first choice if I didn’t get such a good deal on this one.
I think it’s the best rig out there. Come this spring the boat is going to get sold and two of these will be in the garage. I have a lot of limited and electric lakes around me. So this makes more sense. Plus I can cover more water with my fishing partner.
I've been thinking about getting one of these. I'd like to fish with my 90lb lab and it seems perfect for that. The transducer mount triggered me the first time I looked closely. Interested in seeing what you do with that.
Bad ass kayak (Weight capacity 😳). I’m waiting for Oldtowns new lineup then I’ll decide between XTR 130 / Native Titan 12.5 / Oldtown ???. I currently have a Oldtown PDL 106 (it’s awesome but small for me / I’m 275lb wet) Thanks for sharing 😎🤙🔥🤙💪
@@FishinwithGRAMPS Did you see that YakHobby just came out w/ Bonafide XTR 130 Garmin GT20, GT54, GT56 Transducer Scupper Mount by YAK Hobby. Allows you to mount the transducer using the front right scupper hole. Good Option...I just got my XTR 130 and rigging it out right now w/ Xi3 and NK300....can't wait for this to go on the water. Can't wait to see your next couple videos.....
@@FishinwithGRAMPS From what I have read, it's mounted in front right scupper plug, if that is correct, then it should be out of the way of the trailer rails, depending on the length of the trailer rails. I have 6.5 ft. rails, so it looks like it won't come near the front right scupper plug on my trailer, got lucky. I hope this solution works, just waiting on the shipment to arrive from YakHobby.
“Because I’m a grown as man!!” Enough said LOL should explain everything you do in life thank you very much! Tight lines take care!😂😂😂
🤣

I agree, the foot steering should already be installed with the new foot pedals. Ship them out when they are finally ready
Hope it brings you many great days on the water!

Love tapping resources regular boaters don't

I will post everything as I build it out over the next few weeks

been a long time fan of Old Town, just not enough juice for river currents.
Lol gotta love the honesty about the shit transducer location design 😂. Tell us how you really feel! Ha
lol, ain't none of them paying me to lie so I say what I want!
No bottom showing???
I will do that in a future video when I solve the transducer problem. It was 29 degrees and I don't have a hoist installed yet.

@CO-RECON120 ordered last week!
Will have to rework my trailer to make it work, but I have an idea
