All of the Bangles were/are GREAT musicians. Vicki Peterson is usually ranked as one of the top 12 women guitarists ever and Debbi Peterson is always in the top 25 or so drummers. Michael Steele is on everyone's A list of women bass players. The Bangles bread and butter was always that Vicki Peterson is absolutely deadly on lead guitar and how beautifully the Petersons (and i'll put Michael Steele and Susanna Hoffs in that too) blended their voices together.
Ever been to a NAMM Show? This was at a Music Convention were many artist do a "unplugged" session for either their record company, musical sponsors or Promoters.
