I use rupay credit card 's feature of making upi payment through scan and pay(recently added feature of rupay credit card) to make payments on my merchant app... On daily basis I use full credit limit of my crdit card and just tranfer that amount back into the card when payment is settled in my merchant account . I have been doing this for 7-8 days basically for earning reward points.... Mine is not a registered business I just take tutions and the merchant account is under my fathers name .Will the amount that is credited to the merchant account be liable to income tax...What are complication that I might face...... My father has a job and he files ITR FOR HIS WORK....WILL HE FACE ANY ISSUE???
yes reward point income should be shown under other income in your ITR.. how much total amount of reward points in year u earned?

Like I'm transferring the same way from CREDIT CARD to SAVINGS ACCOUNT for earning reward points....so anything with these transactions will be displayed on the passbook of the account right..so there will be any problems with those enteries?

Sir I used to work as an IME agent sending money from India to Nepal but I want to do it individually using SBI Indo-Nepal remittance with the help of my friend in Nepal.
I've opened a current account and the transaction wont cross 35-40 lakh per annum. Also bank can easily see that the fund is being sent with little commission.. Do I need to file ITR or any additional thing for this plan ?
Also if ITD considered my transaction as business then assumes 6% profit on received amount, still it wont make any issue as the 6% would be less than 2.5 lakh.
i would suggest u to still file your ITR if income doesn;t cross Rs 2.5lakh and even show more profit like 8%-10% then it will not impact u..this is for safer side

Mere paas 3 bank account hai Pnb, Sbi and Paytm, m ek student hu. Mere daily teeno bank m UPI se 15k 15k 15k aate hai yhi 15k 15k 15k m UPI se apne dosto ko dedeta hu.
Kya jo apne rule btaya hai vo mere ek bank account m lagu hoga ya teeno bank account ko mila ke.
Mere ek account m 1 year ka 28lakh aajata hai, 2nd account m bhi same 28 lakh and 3rd m bhi
Meri and mere friends ki fees vghra milake .
Isme mera koi profit nhi hota hai bss transaction hota hai.
Kya koi dikkat ho skti hai ?

Sir mai apne khate se na to koi upi transaction nahi kar pa raha hu or na hi upi se apne khate me rs axsepet nahi kar pa raha hu upi transaction limit dikhat he lagatar 15 daye se same problem

Ek current account v hain.current ac me UPI ke through 7-8 crore aata hain.may paynearby gateway ke through herofincrop,Tatacapital finance ko cash drop karta hoo totaly online.sal me 1lakh commission milta hain.ITR fill karta hoo.koi problem hoga? Sir,mera saving account may 100000 rs tha usko la kar may regular gpay sa recharge karta hu aur transaction karta hu,fir paisa sab cash ane ka baad fir bank may wahi amount deposit deposit karta hu,like rotation,monthly kabhi 1lakhs transaction hota hay kabhi monthly 80thousand hota hay,kiya issha kuch problem hoga
