Mileage goes little bit down, in some cases engine Starts consuming oil. so you have to check engine oil level regularly, and i think SC project or akrapovic is good choice

I took my Gixxer SF FI ABS 2019 after the 2nd service to a speed of 129 kmph back in 2k19.
edit: i just tested it few weeks ago. it didn't struggle as much as you showed. it went 125 and boy there was still throttle left but i live in a small town post covid
