i really needed to hear that being fed and clothed is the bare minimum. i can’t believe i have felt guilty for being provided the absolute basics. i have been working on healing my inner child and meditating and i definitely feel a huge change happening. i will continue to do my shadow work and heal
I find a cemetary is a safe place to cry and be left in peace. When your soul is grieving, you do need to find space for doing so.
