I like it more than the studio version. There's a weird pack of effects on her voice and loud, almost hammering instrumental on studio version. Here's the same but with no effects and I love it.
La canción es de una belleza ,es real ,es la vida ,el amor ,la complicidad y ella está magnífica como siempre, ella es sentimiento, pasión ,brillante, impecable, adoro a esta mujer.😍🎁es un regalo.
I needed a minute before watching this. I wasn't sure I liked the song when I first heard it. But every time I hear it it burrows deeper into my soul, so now I could fully appreciate this beautiful and intense performance. ❤ Thanks for posting, Gaby!
Every artist, especially in music business, where popularity is important, needs angels who support an artist in good and bad. I personally am not sure this is well done / good song. I agree, this performance is better than Star Academy version. Something is missing in whole concept of this song, message including (lyrics itself is not bad at all). What I hear is serenity and hope, but... -- One aspect I am saying this is a high standard set by Lara herself. And, her piano version France5 is better than this one. I guess it is being personal. One guess. The guy Lara is working with does not have the same life experience as Lara does. He is too young for that message (not mature enough). Lara creates out of her life experience and that is essential for her.
Slimane- the co composer and co writer- is 34, not 18. He actually has had a very rough upbringing with a lot of struggles and pain so he most definitely DOES have the experience required to write a song with a meaning like this one. Also, implying that someone who’s younger doesn’t have the experience needed or lacks maturity is basically invalidating the struggles of those who had to grow up very quickly because of their rough childhood/rough experiences. The same way there are adults who have barely had any life experiences, age doesn’t have anything to do with maturity. I personally love this song a lot and find its meaning to be very profound and touching. To me, the only thing that is “missing” is a climax. But even then, i don’t find it to be a big deal.
@@laratheringfabian Thank you for your answer. I did not think Slimane is 18. One general consideration though. Every person as human being is going through certain life stages (usually it is 5 of them), but some never make it through all the stages. As it seems to me Lara has the 5th going on. If Slimane is 36 he has the 3d going on. -- I understand what you are saying about age and maturity, but that is not my point at all. My point is that every life stage means a qualitative jump (NB) in the formation / evolution of a person. For the 5th one is essential that only at this stage we are our own masters: we can live freely as ourselves. And that is what Lara does for some years now. In that sense I would say (without being familiar with both of them) that Slimane is / has become mature person (3rd stage). It is no coincidence (for me) that Lara has got an idea to establish a school and begin to teach singing (it is characteristic for her, that she came to that understanding at 5th stage). So, while one is at the 5th stage one can read / understand what is going on at previous stages (there are individual limits of course), but if one is at 3rd stage it is impossible to comprehend what is going on at next stages (not the same life-page at all). Why do you think Lara and Rick were so good as a creative team at certain point of their lives? Two remarks. People usually don`t have any real idea that they are going through qualitative (!) different life-stages in their lives. It is just their life from birth to death - one life-line / life as a journey (life span). It is not easy thing and task at all to see, that certain life stages do exists and to understand what they are about. A process during what a child becomes a grownup person is the first of those stages. Secondly, age and life stage are not connected directly. However, a certain stage of personal development corresponds to a certain age. It is true also, that individual characteristics play a role in this. One can become grownup (1st stage) or mature person (3rd stage) earlier than others Now about Ta peine. - I should explain a little more what I mean. Lara has message to say. Is that what she does musically convincing? For my taste that is not the case. As it is (e.g.) with Par amour. If one is an artist (singer / songwriter) it is not enough that one has life-experience and wants (has intention) to help other people to overcome their life troubles, which (my main point) are qualitatively different at different life-stages (they may seem similar). It should be done in artistic way (she does that). But I do not see and hear, that that is done well enough as it is with Par amour (artistry has its own degrees of quality). For my taste her message does not come over in convincing and believable way: Lara`s life-experience and task at this stage of her life is not transformed into song (artistry) in the way it should be. So that one can say: I am in real trouble and this song (not just lyrics) helps me (e.g. as an advice). Don`t get me wrong: I am not saying this is a bad song.
C’est bien dommage, c’est une chanson qui est très personnelle à Lara et elle a magnifiquement été composée et écrite. Mais bon, l’émotion est quelque chose de subjectif surtout en musique 🙂
