You can also wear headwraps for 6 weeks to give your tresses a rest. I never wore wigs or braids. I just wore headwraps growing my hair to waist length in my 50's starting with a shaved head in 2016.
In 2023, my white male boss told 2 of my black females colleagues that they can't wear a headwrap in London England. I wish I had been there... He would have been EDUCATED. He knows not to play with me.
Not Josh saying you look like Celie with the durag on 😂. My husband said I looked like a unicorn when I was pre-parting the front of my hair for mini twists. Husband's definitely be trying it. Low porosity girl here.

It’s so ironic because I watch hair videos to relax especially when I’m doing my hair and I’m literally using the same leave conditioner that you have in your video. I do love it.😂
