I love the Luxe with the Gorjana band, the small size is so comfortable and it looks premium like you said. The Garmin features are so enticing but I just can't part with my Luxe for now!

Your review helped swing me over to the Luxe. My Charge 4 disintegrated at the strap connection (I don’t understand how) after nearly 2 years. I don’t want a Charge 5 because of its battery drain problem. I was hoping the Charge 6 would be out. It’s not unfortunately. So it was between the Luxe & Inspire 3. Fitbit is offering the Luxe for $89USD & Inspire3 for $99. Not a big difference but your comment about the comfort of the Luxe convinced me. I bought the Luxe & really like it. I am still on my 1st charge with 26% battery life remaining. This battery is great. For $89, I’m pleased! Many thanks.

I have a Luxe, which I have loved, and with my very small wrists, I'm leery of anything bigger, but it's starting to go wonky, so I'm looking at replacing it. Super excited about a longer battery life, since mine has been getting shorter. What I really want to know is whether my charger for the Luxe I already own will also fit the Inspire? Because I would dearly love to have two chargers available!

I have an inspire 3 my sister has a luxe both are great and basically the same but for the bands i think changing the inspires band is a pain in the ass and i find the luxe much easier

Hi, yes I wore them both 24/7 including druibg workouts. Did not see any noticeable difference in activity tracking results. I believe they are using the same internal sensors.

Hello, its just the irritation issue for me, the Inspire 3 was not heavier and had no pinching with either in my experience. Both are definitely a good option for something small, light weight and low profile

But what if I’m running on the treadmill and only have my watch on and my phone is laying next to me. Does it still count the calories and everything? Or do I have to have the phone on me
@melanies.1479 Hello, both of these Fitbits have connected GPS, as i mentioned in the video. This means they don't have built-in GPS, so they need to piggyback off your smartphones GPS for outdoor activities ex running. If you're doing an indoor workout, you don't need to connect it to your phone to get GPS data. Yes they can track your calories, heart rate & more.

Hi Nina, there may be aftermarket clips available, but it won't accurately track your information as a clip since the Luxe doesn't have a clip mode, like the Inspire 3 does.
Hi endale! Only the Fitbit Luxe Special edition version comes with the Gorjana chain link bracelet & the peony coloured silicone band (the version I have here). If you'd like to buy the regular version it comes with only the silicone bands (other colour options) at a lower cost. If you wanted to buy the Gorjana chain link bracelet separately it costs more that way, compared to when purchased included in the special edition bundle.

Hello Jessica, the outdoor activities can still be tracked (ex. for a walk steps & calories burned will still be tracked), but you will get no GPS data (ex. the route, your pace, accurate distance walked etc.) unless it's connected to a smartphone, and that phone is carried with you during the activity outside. Built in GPS is built into the smartwatch meaning it can track all your outdoor activities without your phone being present. While for connected GPS, three smartwatch does not have GPS built in so it essentially piggybacks off your smartphones GPS to record your GPS data. I have not reviewed the Ace, but I will consider doing that in the future.
Stay away from the ocean lol. Toasted mine that way, and a lot of ppl I spoke to had the same experience: went on vacation, went into the ocean, wrecked their fitbit. But Fitbit was willing to send them new ones provided they were under warranty. My fitbit was discontinued/ outside of it, so they offered me a discount on a current product they had :)

Hello, I haven't seen any noticeable differences in the fitness tracking accuracy. I've highlighted the main differences here at 02:20 in this video but, they are very similar trackers overall.
Your video was good and informative but please avoid moving the trackers up and down as it was visually distracting - if you can keep your hands on one level while speaking, instead of bringing it too close then far and then close, and then again far from the camera. Thank you.

Hi Devan, no your phone's GPS doesn't need to be on for that. The GPS only needs to be on for outdoor activity tracking ex. A run.

My concern is can you wear the inspire in the shower? Plus can one swim with it on?
I wear mine in the shower all the time, with no issues. They are also both water resistant can be worn swimming as well.

Hello, yes for both you can set one goal. For either calories, steps, active mins or distance.
