Catching carp on a leadhead with plastic grub

Koos Bonnema catching carp on a small leadhead with yellow plastic grub. Cast the leadhead past the feeding carp and quickly retrieve the leadhead keeping it under the water's surface, when the leadhead is above the carp let it drop to the bottom, a few cm in front of the carp. If done correctly the carp will swim forward and suck up your leadhead or it will continue feeding which means it didn’t see your leadhead. In order to grab the carp’s attention, lift your lure about 10cm from the bottom and then drop it again. Repeat this procedure until the carp reacts by swimming towards your leadhead and sucking it in. Once the carp takes your lure you should tighten your line and prepare for an awesome fight. It is important that you drop your lure in front of the carp, relatively close to its mouth and without making too much noise.
