Great style. Time to remove that wood, plaster and use the same paint as the rest of the room. Very dated as is. Also, the TV wall needs a fireplace. Otherwise, very lovely house. And that’s not your grandma’s vinyl flooring. Big changes in quality.

very nice neutral home I agree with Tom about the floors despite the gap could be fixed and rugs put down with some colour could make up for the heating issue. I am guessing the last bedroom wasn't a parents room another child perhaps or guest room. I also liked the natural wood colour in the sitting room even though it's shiplap still a nice pop of warm colour in the room. Art work is lovely as is the home.
It is a beautiful home. The kitchen is my favourite. I have to say though, the rest looks like everything else out there at the moment…beige….beige…..beige….. You will absolutely be able to pinpoint in time when this home was done ~ like burnt orange in the 70’s. The kitchen will last the test of time though, and that was smart. The marble gives the home a glimmer of personality. The rug in the lounge is way too small and looks lost, swap it for a bigger rug. I really like the dining table and chairs too. The finish of the staircase around the top of the curve looks a bit ‘amateur’. The ensuite is lovely, but I don’t know why you would try to cram double sinks onto the vanity. The space looks way too small to even have two people standing there and it just looks cramped. I think this would’ve been a lot more visually pleasing and also functional to have just had the one sink. It would’ve also given you space to put things on the sink when you’re getting ready in the morning . Having said all that, I would live here in a heart beat. Nicely done.
definately minimalistic but beautiful to.. its like the artist is living inside her own blank canvas.. it just needs her life painting into it with splashes of colour
One of the best minimalist renovations. Have been looking for house near London since last summer, very sad situation with bed quality renovations even in 15+ million mansions. This house is really carefully made ❤
There are really beautiful design moments in this home. If the tone of the wood ceiling is too dark in the living room, maybe sanding it down and grey washing or a lighter tone wood for depth, I wouldn't paint it completely white, it should be it's own artwork.

@@neznamtija8081 - when I was a young kid, I hated kids rooms with bright or dark colors. I liked calm settings. Lots of kids prefer it as well.

Jas couldn't ignore the paint on the wood ceiling lol. Her favorite color is black, there's no stain of her color in the mix.
You still have a work triangle, it's just larger (when you use the oven(s)).
